Westside christian high school THEATRE PRESENTS . . .

SPRING MUSICAL SUCCESS!
In late April, Westside's Performing Arts Department proudly presented Rodgers and Hammerstein's timeless classic, "The Sound of Music," marking a special occasion as the second time it graced our stage since its debut in 1997 (Westside's inaugural musical). This spring's production was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and talent of over 40 participating students. The hills really did come alive with the sound of music!
Under the direction of Maddie Pringle and musical guidance from Music Director, Will Fox, the entire cast not only grew artistically but also formed deep bonds. Their unity and passion on stage resonated powerfully, conveying a story of hope, inclusion, and faith that touched all who came to see the show.
Westside is immensely proud of our students, who embody Christ-like values through their talents and teamwork. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who joined us and supported our performers.
Theatre Director, Maddie Pringle

Be challenged and entertained through a diverse training of various theatrical genres.

Whether you're interested in tech, design, acting, or directing, Westside Christian High School offers a variety of opportunities for students to be involved in theatre. We produce two full-length productions per school year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Every other spring, we produce a musical. Our theatre program lives out our school’s mission by emphasizing educational theatre and intentionally discipling and directing students, while telling diverse stories.

Take a look at the pictures below that showcase the great talent that has been a part of Westside theater. You can also visit our past productions by clicking here.
